2019/2020 Before and After School Program

This program is for public school pre-K through grade 5 & middle schoolers, too!  Our Before & After School program will be split into two distinct groups.  PreK-grade 1 will be together, and grades 2-5 will be together.  Each group will have its own coordinator.  We look forward to offering age-appropriate activities for all grade levels.    

A healthy snack and homework help is offered Monday-Thursday.  On Fridays, we do not offer homework help.

General Information
  • Please let us know if your child is participating in other activities at MLD that overlap with our After School Program hours, such as flag football, basketball or little league, and we'll make sure they get there.
  • Pick & choose what you need from week to week.
  • Simply register & pay by Thursday of the week prior to attendance.

Before School
  • In the morning hours Before School, we will remain in the gym to play games and do arts & crafts, etc.
  • Breakfast is not provided, however children are welcome to bring their own breakfast foods to eat (or get school breakfast at 8:15am)
  • No foods containing peanuts please.
  • The Before School program runs on regular school days from 6:45 a.m. until 8:15 a.m.
  • You can choose the days you need for the upcoming week.
  • Sign up and pay by Thursday of the week prior to attendance.
  • The fee is $5 per day per child.

After School
  • In the hours After School, children will be provided with a snack & drink, homework help and opportunities for free play and organized activities.
  • The After School program runs on regular school days from 2:45 until 5:30pm at ML Day School.
  • You can choose the days you need for the upcoming week.
  • Sign up and pay by Thursday of the week prior to attendance.
  • The fee is $12 per day per child.
